Can Jesus interpret word clouds?

as i knelt in prayer at Grace today, i wondered if Jesus can interpret word clouds.

my mind was so jumbled, the ability to form a cohesive, thoughtful prayer eluded me. in no particular order, i thought of Lindsey, my granny, SHC, travel, world unrest, our president, work, being a better person, CTC.

i'd like to believe i was heard, even if all of the words and thoughts ran together.
